We then research the external market, sometimes just through desk research but often speaking to and meeting potential candidates on a no-names basis to provide further context around capability and deliverability.
This process enables different ‘models’ of candidate to be explored without any risk of leaks and gives our clients a realistic sense of the candidate pool.
