Our STORY
Having spent our early careers in large global search firms, we saw the opportunity to bring together the best of both worlds—the rigour and structure of a global firm, combined with the personal, high-touch approach of a boutique. From the outset, we focused on Board and Executive Search, offering independent, thoughtful advice. Many of our earliest clients remain valued partners to this day, and we are proud to also work with a new generation of entrepreneurial, high-growth, and international businesses.
Internally, we set out to build a sustainable and equal partnership—one founded not on a single individual, but on shared values, mutual trust, and collective support. This foundation has allowed us to manage succession internally and nurture the next generation of leadership within the firm.
As we enter our third decade, we continue to evolve—combining deep experience with emerging technologies and AI—to help some of the world’s leading organisations navigate Board, CEO, and senior executive succession.
