ASSESSMENTS

Assessment work represents about 15% of our work. We support our clients in four different ways:

• Development assessments as input to leadership programmes

• Broad scale development assessments as part of enterprise-wide succession planning

• Targeted exercises for CEO or ExCo succession planning

• Assessments to support selection on hiring decisions

Our approach to Assessment is deliberately designed to echo our approach to the extensive senior-level Executive Search work we undertake. Assessments are informed by a clear sense of external benchmarks and how well candidates compare to the best talent in the marketplace and are conducted by Partners who are active in the search world and bring deep sector expertise.
