What we do

We guide boards and executive teams through their most critical people choices, helping them to anticipate change and prepare for growth and transformation.

We provide executive and non-executive search services as well as board advice to the world’s largest corporations, ambitious small and medium-sized businesses, leading private equity firms, entrepreneurs and family-owned businesses.

We have acted for over 40 of the FTSE 100 as well as 45 of the Fortune Global 500 companies and have placed 10% of the current FTSE 100 Chairs and CEOs. Around a third of our activity is engaged in private markets.

We are ambitious for our clients, helping Chairs, CEOs and CHROs build high performing teams and plan long term succession.
