Our work falls into three main areas:

Top Level Executive Search

About 60% of our work is in Executive Search. We focus on top-level, strategically important roles and in particular on finding CEOs, Executive Committee members and direct reports to the top team.

Our clients come from all sectors and a wide range of geographies; they include leading FTSE 100 organisations (where we have placed 15% of the current CEOs) but also smaller public companies and privately-owned firms. We have handled top-level assignments across all functions and disciplines.

Non-Executive Search

30% of our work is in finding Chairmen and Non-Executive Directors. Over the last three years, we have worked at Board level for over half of the FTSE 25 companies as well as for a wide range of international, mid-cap, private and not-for-profit organisations. We have placed over 600 current NEDs worldwide.


In addition, we offer a range of added value consulting services. These include Board Effectiveness Evaluations (where we were one of the pioneers of Board Reviews), Management Assessment Programmes, Talent Mapping Exercises and Top-Level Organisation Consulting.
