After an early career with Accenture, Jeremy started his career in executive search with Whitehead Mann in 1995. In 2000 he left to join McKinsey, where he helped devise and lead their Experienced Hire recruiting programme across Europe. He returned to Whitehead Mann two years later as a member of the Board Practice Group, before joining on its formation MWM in 2004. Jeremy has an MA in PPE from Oxford University.
After an early career in publishing, Rebecca spent three years at Egon Zehnder. She then joined Whitehead Mann, initially in the consumer practice before becoming a consultant in the Board practice. She joined MWM in 2007. Rebecca has an MA in English Literature from Cambridge University.
After an early career with Euromoney Plc, Nick joined Whitehead Mann in 1995. He spent five years primarily focusing on retail, consumer and technology sectors. In 2000, Nick joined Spencer Stuart and worked internationally in their board, consumer and telecoms practices. He joined MWM in 2005. Nick has an MA in Social & Political Science from Cambridge University.
One of the founders of MWM, and previously a founder of Whitehead Mann. Anna has acted as specialist adviser to many of the world’s leading corporations on board performance, capability and succession.
Justine joined MWM Consulting following ten years at the communications consulting firm Brunswick Group, where she was Co-Head of the global Healthcare practice and part of the Financial Services and Capital Markets teams. Justine has advised senior management teams on the communications aspects of M&A transactions, IPOs, corporate reputation management and crisis planning. Prior to Brunswick, Justine was an Investment Banker in the International Healthcare team at SG Cowen, where she advised biotech and pharmaceutical companies on capital raising and M&A. Justine is a scientist by training, with a BSc (hons) in Pharmacology and a PhD in Molecular Therapeutics from the University of Edinburgh.
Richard joined MWM shortly after it was founded in 2004, having previously worked with the Board Practice at Whitehead Mann for nearly two years. Prior to this, he covered professional and financial services for three years at Whitehead Mann and a predecessor firm. He has spent over 15 years in executive search, predominantly engaged in a broad range of board and financial sector appointments for some of the world’s leading financial and commercial enterprises of varying scale. He is also an expert in family office governance and search. Richard has an MA in Modern History from St Andrews University.
After starting his career in the food industry at RHM and latterly as Marketing Director of Cereal Partners UK, Michael joined McKinsey in London in 1992, where he became a partner in 1998. One of the leaders of McKinsey’s European Consumer Practice, he worked with over half of the Top 25 global consumer goods multinationals in over 20 countries. He joined MWM in 2007 and focuses on top level executive and Board searches across sectors as well as on Board consulting work. Michael has a BA in History from Oxford University and an MBA from Manchester Business School.
After working for Jardine Matheson in its Insurance division, Mark worked with a firm of strategy consultants, based in the US and Europe. He joined Whitehead Mann in 1990 and over the following 15 years focused on financial services, together with Board/Non-Executive Director work. He joined MWM in 2005. Mark has degrees from London University and Cambridge University.
Senior International Adviser
After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, Ian spent ten years in investment banking (London and New York). He was then CFO of two public companies before joining Whitehead Mann in 1989. He was part of the team which built the company into the largest international search firm in the UK before moving to the firm’s New York office. Ian was CFO of a high technology business from 2002 to 2004, before returning to London to join MWM as a partner in 2004. He is now based on the West Coast of the United States.
Eleanor joined MWM in 2017 following a year at a boutique search firm. She spent her early career as a Private Equity Associate at GIC in Singapore and London. Eleanor has a MA in History and a MPhil In Real Estate Finance from Cambridge University.
Elizabeth joined MWM in 2011 after working for two boutique consulting firms. Elizabeth has a BA in Theology and Philosophy from Cambridge University.
James joined MWM in 2014. He has a BA in Music from Oxford University.
After an early career in management consulting with Deloitte, Gabi started her career in executive search with Bright Young Things in 2005. She began working with MWM as an Associate in 2011 before joining as a Consultant in 2018. Gabi has an MA in Scandinavian Languages (Swedish) from the University of Edinburgh.
Luke joined MWM in 2015 after four and a half years at a boutique insurance search firm. He has a BSc in Natural Sciences from the University of Durham.
Caroline joined MWM in 2018 from Credit Suisse where she led hiring initiatives for International Wealth Markets, with a focus on Europe. She previously spent seven years at The Rose Partnership in both London and Singapore, working with clients across financial services. She commenced her career in equity research at Cazenove. She has a BSc in Economics from the University of Nottingham.
Olivia joined MWM in 2013 after almost three years at a boutique financial services search firm where she was focused on the hedge fund and private equity space. In 2017, she took a sabbatical year to study a Masters in Public Policy at the London School of Economics, returning to MWM in January 2019. For her undergraduate, Olivia read Philosophy, Psychology and Physiology (PPP) at Oxford University.
Nicholas joined MWM in 2019 following a year and a half at a boutique search firm. He has an MA in Ancient History from UCL.
Antonia joined MWM in 2018. She has an MChem in Chemistry from Oxford University.
Josh joined MWM in 2019 following a year at a boutique communications search firm. He has a MA in History of Art from the University of Edinburgh.
