Although we operate out of a single office in London, we pride ourselves on the highly international nature of our work. Our international reach is demonstrated in three ways:
Over 90% of our searches are explicitly international or global in scope. Clients are looking to hire the best candidates, wherever they are currently based and whatever their nationality. We are therefore meeting personally with the best international talent every day.
Over 65% of our appointments since we were founded in 2004 have been of non-British citizens. Our shortlists routinely include candidates from North America, Continental Europe and Asia amongst others, alongside British options and we pride ourselves on our ability to identify and attract the best talent to our clients.
About 30% of our work is for non-UK based clients. We have worked for companies based in over 25 countries including, for example, the US, France, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Ireland, the Netherlands, Finland, Portugal, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Africa, Qatar and Dubai.
