About Us
MWM was founded in 2004 by a number of partners from the Board Practice Group of Whitehead Mann.
Having worked together for many years, our aim was to build a small partnership which focused on developing deep relationships with a small number of clients. We wanted to work with them at the most senior levels, advising them on the most difficult and critical people decisions they have to make.
Today we are a firm of nearly 25 people. Based out of a single office in London but operating globally, we have acted for over 65 of the Fortune 500 companies worldwide.
